Our approach
AdvisorCove uses necessary cookies and browser storage for secure platform features, privacy choices, and session-based Medicare preparation. Optional first-party analytics stays off unless you choose to allow it. The Meta Pixel loads on the public AdvisorCove website for marketing measurement.
Necessary cookies
Authentication cookies support advisor and administrator sign-in. Security cookies can preserve the selected advisor during a consumer request. The AdvisorCove consent cookie remembers your choice for up to 180 days. Depending on the feature, authentication cookies may last from a few minutes to the duration of an authenticated session, with some Supabase authentication cookies capable of lasting longer so a signed-in advisor can remain signed in.
Session and local browser storage
Medicare preparation inputs, including medications, doctors, facilities, priorities, and related comparison details, are kept in sessionStorage for the current browser-tab session and are not included in the advisor handoff. Voice Guidance may remember a voice selected by the visitor in localStorage. Protected administrative preview tools may also remember local display settings.
Limited analytics and marketing measurement
If you allow analytics, AdvisorCove records coarse first-party events such as a page-flow step being viewed, a consultation request outcome, or a general call-to-action placement. The Meta Pixel loads on the public AdvisorCove website and may use Meta's cookies or advertising identifiers under Meta's applicable policies. AdvisorCove does not send medication, doctor, diagnosis, facility, or healthcare-profile details to the pixel. First-party analytics respects Global Privacy Control; Meta's processing is governed by Meta's applicable settings and policies.
Service providers and external sites
AdvisorCove uses providers including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and data services, Stripe for billing, Cal.com for optional calendar connections, and Resend for transactional email. Stripe and Cal.com may use their own cookies after you choose to visit or connect their services, under their own privacy policies.
Embedded AdvisorCove widgets
AdvisorCove intake widgets can appear on an advisor's approved website. Health-related intake details remain isolated in browser-session storage within the widget. AdvisorCove analytics defaults to off inside embedded widgets. The advisor or business operating the surrounding website is responsible for its own cookies, privacy notice, and consent controls.
Change or withdraw your choice
After making a choice, use the round cookie button in the bottom-left corner of a public AdvisorCove page to reopen Cookie settings. Withdrawing analytics consent stops future optional analytics events. It does not affect necessary security, sign-in, or session features.
